Matcha crepes

If you're a matcha lover, you have to try these matcha crepes.

These delicate, thin pancakes are infused with the distinctive taste of matcha, and they make for an indulgent and delicious treat. The soft, slightly sweet flavour of the crepes is the perfect foil for the earthy taste of matcha.

You can fill your matcha crepes with all kinds of yummy things, from fresh fruit and whipped cream to chocolate sauce and ice cream. Whether you prefer them sweet or savory, matcha crepes are a must-try for anyone who loves this unique and flavorful Japanese tea. 

Ingredients:

〰️ 1/2 cup of oat flour

〰️ 1/2 cup of milk of your choice - we use oat milk

〰️ 2 eggs

〰️ 1 teaspoon of TMA’s matcha powder

Make it:

〰️ Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the batter appears smooth.

〰️ Heat up a non-stick pan with a bit of coconut oil or butter if you prefer. Set the stove on a medium-low heat and pour the batter forming a thin layer in the pan.

〰️ Cook for 20-30 seconds until firm and gently flip on the other side for another 15-20 seconds.

〰️ Lay the crepe on a plate and spread with nut butter of your choice, jam or greek yogurt, fold the crepe into a half and then quarter, drizzle with syrup, top with fruits of your choice and sprinkle with chia seeds if you like.
