Ingredients:
〰️ 250 ml of oat milk or milk of your choice
〰️ 1 large egg or 2 medium eggs
〰️ 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
〰️ 300 gr of oat flour, you can use normal flour or self-raising flour
〰️ 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
〰️ 1 teaspoon of baking powder
〰️ 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
〰️ a pinch of salt
〰️ 2 full teaspoons of TMA’s matcha powder
How to make it:
〰️ With the use of a whisk, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
〰️ In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients
〰️ Combine wet and dry ingredients in the same bowl
〰️ Let the batter sit for at least 5 minutes, this step is very important because it will allow the pancakes to have a fluffier texture
〰️ Heat a non-stick pan with a bit of butter or oil, stir the batter once again and cook the pancakes on low fire. Wait for the bubbles to form, flip and cook on the other side
〰️ Top with syrup and toppings of your choice — we love fresh strawberries and wild berries compote.
